Shipping policy

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order size (box size and weight). Please note this is an estimate provided by Canada Post however orders may be shipped with an alternate carrier such as Purolator.

Please note carriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes - in this case a shipment may be held for pick up at the closest Purolator location. If you would like to request a specific carrier please reach out to us and we can look at doing a custom quote. Once your order is shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation to your email with the corresponding tracking number.

Orders are shipped from Sherwood Park Alberta

Please Note: Ghost Shield products cannot be frozen as it can impact product stability/integrity therefore we will only ship when the weather is above 0°C for the estimated shipping duration. Due to nature of these products we will not ship these products during winter months unless the customer pays for heated shipping to their destination at their expense. Once the product leaves our warehouse we are no longer liable for product stability and anything that may happen in transit is out of our control and Wicked Workshops assumes no responsibility.
